Production Blog

 This is will be the process about how will be doing the production on my commercial. This commercial is all about me. When I was starting this, I had to question myself in who I was. Not only was I questioning myself but I also asked myself what exactly do I want to put. As I kept thinking away I also thought to myself if this commercial is about me then this will be a representation of myself. So what will I want people to remember me by? I wanted a good impression for people because I believe that first impressions are extremely important. I decided to think of ways of how I was going to record this. Before all of that I should mention that I have no experience in editing, filming, or just anything to involve with production. I thought of the idea that with each production that there will be multiple takes and the one that fits in the best will be the one that goes in the commercial. Unfortunately I have not been able to begun filming. The reason I have no begun is that I have no had enough time to do so. I have had work which takes up the rest of day when school ends. I will begin filming as soon as possible and it should be done within the end of this week. Although this is something concerning, I was able to start on what song I will be using which will go in the commercial.  Not only has work been a factor on why I have not begun filming but my other classes as well. I had a few test last week and I am also studying for my retakes which will take next month. But as I previously said before all the filming should be done by the end of this week. I need to figure out how to edit and to be able to put out all in one video. I hope this is not as difficult as it seems.

 Hello blog and welcome back to the final bit of how me and my group edited the film. This is the last part of what went down when we edited the film. As mentioned previously our group decided that it was best that we had "shifts" to edit the film. This was so everyone can have a fair share when editing the film. After I left the film with the amount of cutting I did even though it still needed some more cutting. I logged back on and noticed a lot was done since I edited. For example it was below the 2 minute mark. I noticed a lot more transitions and effect were added. The group did a lot but that does not mean that it is complete. There was still things that were needed and it was noticeable as well. When I got into my "shift", I logged in and quickly watched the film as if it was complete. First thing I did was think to myself what I could add that could make the film better. When I thought to myself I also remembered that one vital thing was not yet in the film....

The FINAL Bit to The Puzzle

 Hey blog Im back again! This blog should is the final blog before our short film is published. As mentioned in the blog prior, me and the gang had to reshoot a scene. Based on the comment that was given we felt that this was the best decision. We arranged the closest date because it was such last minute and the film is due soon. Of course since we were meeting again it had to be filmed at the park we were at the first time. I also had to go pick up the majority of the group. After that I had to drive to the park and it wasn't much but time was running out because it was filmed after school and we don't have much time till the sun set. We arrived at the park and first thing we did was set up everything. When I mean everything I mean EVERYTHING.
